What is the buying process? / Available puppies slide show below

We strive to make each clients purchasing process easy, consistent, and pleasurable for our clients.
Over the years, we have adapted the following process to make getting your new family member a good experience.  Since it is multi families, there may be some services not available or slightly different.

• Pick your new family member
  • We prefer that you come in person so you can meet the puppies, our families, and we can meet you and your families
    • We know this isn't always possible so we have other methods for you to pick such as text pictures, facetime calls, email pictures etc.  Most media can be worked out
  • ​We allow and encourage as many visits as possible during your 8 week wait for pick up
• Send non refundable deposit by your preferred method
  • Cash during a visit
  • Check (personal/cashiers/money order) during a visit
  • Electronic (Venmo, Paypal, Cashap) 
• At the same time as the down-payment, you will receive a written contract along with a rolling receipt, health record, health guarantee, and various information about your puppy / the breed
• Included in the contract is our "No pound promise" - Basically if you have to give up your puppy for any reason to the pound you must return to us for placement with one of our families
• The puppy must be fully paid (or all checks / transfers cleared before he/she can leave at 8 weeks
• Your puppy will be registerable to AKC and /or CKC depending on the sire / dam for an additional cost
• Your puppy will have dew claws removed
• Your puppy will have tail docked
• Your puppy will be up to date on shots
• Your puppy can come with a nonregistered 134,2 khz RFID chip that is ISO 11784/11785 compliant (your contract will have registry options if you choose to register)
• Many of our sires and dams or combinations have full panel DNA testing.  We partner with Wisdom Panel and those reports are available for you to have and we will explain them if you wish, the amount of testing and report can be over whelming
• Some of our families will give you 24/7 access to the "poodlecam" which allows you to watch your puppy grow by phone ap or computer
